You should never have to apologise to a client for our mistake.
By your third monthly close on SquirrelDocs, at least 70% of your pilot clients' lists will be complete by their due date, AND your manual chase touches — the emails, texts, and "just checking" messages you send yourself — will be cut in half compared to your starting close.
If we miss either number, your last pilot month is refunded.
The numbers, the due dates, and your starting touch count are agreed in writing before your first list goes live.
